Excellent experience

Within MwB I had the opportunity to build up excellent experience in the civil Engineering and OHS infustry. A typical day would revolve around Design, Project Management, Cost estimates and Sitr supervision.

Require personal growth in the company.

- A typical work day consists of continuing with the designing and draughting of running projects. - I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we work well together under team based projects. - In the 10 years that I have been here I have learnt how to design sewer and water reticulation, sewer and water bulk pipelines. Draughting of WWTP and detailed drawings for all required projects. I this time period I have 5 years on site experience where I have had to do inspections done by the contractors. - Designing and draughting and working on team based projects. Learning and applying new software. - Monotonous work, when I am not challenged.

Pros: Had a great opportunity to learn in the first number of years.
Cons: Few opportunities to be able to grow in the company and build yourself up.
