It is always a busy working day that is filled with a lot of target drive for each and every day. we have a good communication a good team work and get along quite well. we always try and work all together to reach our daily goals being small or big. i have learnt to work well with every one and adapt to different types of personalities . have learnt to always go for your goals and always be objective and be analytic at all times. i enjoy working with different types of problems trying to solve different issues each and every day.and just providing good customer services that will leave customers with a great customer experience Trying to push for a target when its tough in the middle of the month

One of the top ISP's in the country
I manage all complaints via various channels. I've gained exposure in training, managing teams, problem solving and being everyone's go-to person from senior management to agent level. I have good relationships with employees on different levels in different departments. I enjoy that people can depend on me to help them to solve problems as I am solution focused. People trust that when they approach me for assistance or to take ownership of a situation, that it will get done and there won't be comebacks or need for further escalation. Challenges: Sometimes too many people depend on me too much and it can be overwhelming. Flawed systems and processes with unconfirmed turnaround times of resolutions also add to this. I've learnt how to manage tricky situations timeously due to me knowing systems, products & processes, thus gaining more knowledge and experience in the process.

Excellent learning curve in ISP industry
• Acquiring new customer sales through the Retail store and promotions and • Up-selling existing customers from narrowband products to a variety of converting to sales. • Broadband solutions and/or a combination of various products and services offered by MWEB Connect. • Providing exceptional product knowledge on a variety of MWEB Connect • In outlet: – accountable for cash and stock – accountable for sales – • Manage the following: – Warranties – Repairs – Returns • Monitor and report against asset register. • Liaison with support teams internally on any problem areas. • Keep abreast with the latest technology and packages on offer via training.

Fun ,rewarding
Great relationship with co works. Learnt various new fields in telecommunications. Challenging aspect was travelling to far new places. Building relations with clients and interacting with them.

It's a good company to work for
The company is large with many different little companies working under the main company. I would like to progress into the next level but there is no scope to move.

Working day at MWEB
I assist clients with regards to their outstanding accounts, i make payment arrangements with them to try to avoid their accounts from being disconnected, i deal with disconnected accounts as well and help client to bring their account up to date in order to get them connected as soon as possible, i send out invoices to clients requesting it and also explain their billing to them, so i handle any account queries, client who does not stick to their arrangements i suspend their account as well,client who queries their billing on their accounts, if billing is correct i give them a detailed explanation as to how we got to that amount, and if billing is not correct , i will escalate their query to the relevant department.

Development at the company
Working at MWEB involves working an 8-hour shift assisting customers telephonically and providing them with techncial support with their internet related issues at home/business. I've learnt a lot of things whilst working at the company, examples include: -Telephone etiquette -Excellent communication skills -Assisting customers professionally I mostly enjoy learning new skills and challenges in the workplace as it develops my character as a whole and I enjoy development and moving forward in my career. The most challenging aspects would possibly be the fact that I had to provide advance support from time to time to customers when requested.
Pros: Good Listener, Excellent Customer Service, Good Telephone Ettiquitte, Able to work under pressure, Passionate about technolgy, love learning new things, perfectionist
Cons: Talk Time management when assisting with customers (I'd prefer taking my time assisting with an issue rather than providing a quick fix towards anything)

Excellent working environment
Good company with great management structure, fun environment to work in. Great team work, However there's limited or no opportunity for growth. The company has helped to grow my experiences in communicating with external and internal people.

Fast paced enviroment, great company culture and employees
It was one of the best companies I've worked for. Great staff company culture and values. Lots of room to learn new skills and grow within the company. I only left because it was contract based and in the sales department. I have a passion for customer service/admin and sales is not my strong suit.
