Excellent learning curve

I work in multiple departments, so I am able to handle alot. I have a good relationship with all my workers as well as my boss as I have been loyal and assisting with duties that is not in my job description. I have learnt alot within my years of working in this company from telephone etiquette to managing my work accordingly. .a

Excellent learning experience

Working at my Autocare was really a learning experience, we basically help customers if they have a contract and products with us , we get multiple calls a day so we had to be on the dot and be able to work under pressure but it was good cause it made time pass , it also gave us patience and knowledge of how to react and stay calm in messy situations. My co workers were all great , because it was shift work we saw each other almost every day yet we formed a good bond and work ethic and always help each other out . The difficult part was just the shifts and getting used to them but once you get used to the routine it all became natural.

Pros: Great in getting more experience
Cons: No set rules
