Challenging and a great Learning experience

Every day brings new challenges, I run the Buying department, I do all the sales admin, client quotes, couriers and transport and installations, so everyday there is is practically something new. Myriad's staff are very close (my second family) and we all work as a team. i have learnt so much in the 4 years and i love it.

Pros: People and meeting new people
Cons: No salary increase for 3 years

Excellent learning curve to experience start to finish processes

- Get briefed - pe-perform task (CAD model, engineer drawing) - follow through with the project, such as check qaulity of manufactured designed products in the factory - Liase with cosstings and suppliers

Pros: Various experiences
Cons: Miscommunications
