Finance department as an Debrief (debtors, creditors) clerk which allowed me to gain a firm knowledge of the complete reconciling process, the functions performed were processing of debits and credits, creating of credit memos and confirming of POD, s(invoices) on a large scale.Functions enabled me to gain unique strategies when it came to be dealing with large chain stores, distributors and vendors. My functions also included balancing of vendor accounts which was run throughout the region daily and kept maintained so that account balances do not escalate. In this process I also use to work with the daily bank statement which I was responsible for the coding of cash allocations. All these functions had to be performed with intense attention to detail I therefore had created my own investigation process before any debit or credit was posted. I have performed all of these functions on various program systems ie: SAP, DYNAMICS GP (GREATPLAINS) MOBILITY,VISION,PASTEL, AND LAWRENCE GREEN. Shane 0833567112

Learnt alot

my telnet has been a fun and pleasant place to work at there was a lot of opportunity as it was a small company so there was a lot of growth within the company

Nice environment

Good work environment. However they do not acknowledge employees that work hard. The decisions made at top level do not take employees into consideration. A dictatorship rather than a democracy. odd

Groomed me into an excellent Key Accounts Manager.

Thought me a great deal in the telecommunications industry and helped groom me as a Key Accounts Manager, where by I have learned new skills and sharpened the ones I currently do possess. The company has taught me to apply myself in many innovative ways as the journey has not always been easy but allowed me to thrive under pressure. Dealing with customers daily has made me place myself in their shoes and strive to provide the best customer service possible.

Excellent learning curve

I'm happy to work at mytelnet. On a daily basis I go to site to fix customer problems. I install LTE routers and sometimes do cabling. Configure mikrotiks, yealink phones and a lot of devices we work with.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Sometimes too much cabling
