I am a dynamic individual who was previously employed at Netcare Milpark Hospital with a total headcount of 1000 employees. I am not working as SNR HR person responsible for all HR functions with in Netcare Rehabilitation Hospital with a total for 140 employees. I report directly to the Hospital Manager and indirectly to the Regional HR Manager. I believe that I have strong leadership and a possitive influence I have been employed as an HR generalist for more than 6 years and have been exposed to all HR functions ranging from labour law, payroll, training and development, talent management as well as employee wellbeing and budgeting. I believe I can make a valuble contribution to any organization as I place a high level on excellence in all that I do. I have a National Diploma in HR, A certificate in advance labour law and have currently registered for my Honors in HR Management. Thank you for taking the time to consider my application

Good learning curve
Customer relations: customer care, complaints& compliments management, customer feedback surveys, internal public relations, events coordination, quality improvement initiatives, Staff training and data base management
