You get an opportunity to learn more about fiber optic networks

I work for Open fiber network access. I work as network support engineer I maintain network and give support to ISP and their clients configure ONT using profile and suitable Vlan and speed that is requested by the ISP and the client respond to support tickets and telephonical. Maintain network checks every morning and report to our route technicians.

Pros: Greatest environment to be in.
Cons: Longs hours

Great work experience

It is indeed a great company’s work for due to the environment and there is no target to be reached but a lot of work to be done due to schedule being tight but the management is not flexible with their employees at all.

Pros: Excellent working environment
Cons: No flexibility from managers
