Excellent experience and opportunity

Promotion training and recognition by most superior. Motivation support for the role. Challenges were micro management from new managers and poor delegation of job plus support which led to my departure from the company as budget was taken away to be given to favourite people.All work was loaded and blamed on hardworking people while favourites were blameless and hardworking people were constructively being dismissed

A typical day is running around like an headless chicken. I get along very well with co-workers. Do not trust anyone in any position above you Being able to plan and do my own job on back shifts To not speak my mind

maintenance engineering inspection and liase with engineers of the plants for advisory. being specialist change are differ everyday and I enjoy challenging tasks. alignment of smelter converter without laser alignment machine

Perfect move career growth

I made the right choice, to decide what factors are most important to me in the working industry, and then you have to choose the option that best addresses these factors. However, this operates on two levels – on a rational level and on an emotional, "gut" level. I only truly be happy with my deciding to follow path that leads to career growth, aligned with my emotional level. And making the most of my work hence my performance has always been above measure.
