LEARNING CURVE
I am an intelligent young lady who is prepared to learn new things and hardworking. I can communicate and interact with people at all levels with interpersonal and client service skills. High degree diplomacy and much organised person. I am very dedicated and can work independent. I have a C1 driving licence. I don’t have a car at this point but as soon as I can get a permanent position I will buy one, in the meanwhile I promise I will do my outmost best to be at work on time. I am very flexible person and also willing to relocate close to work.

No Levels for growth
Very busy day Workload a lot Work well with Co workers dI'd supervisor skills short course busy all the time work is the same daily basis and the fact that the Co worker's we work well together. No opportunity for growth went through all levels that company offered and now I stagnant

Less than 100
A normal day to day work at PathCare is very busy with adhoc work and projects. My relationship with co-workers is good. I have learnt to work with different people and to give an ear when necessary. I enjoy doing audits as this gives me chance to understand people in different perspectives and with different personalities. The most challenging aspects of the job is that you have to be on your toes at all times. Everything is urgent.

High Pressured Enviroment
Hours are generally from 08h00 – 17h00, Monday to Friday. Due to the workload, it is nearly impossible to take a break throughout the day. I have 8 Junior Managers (Team Leaders) reporting directly to me. My day encompasses authorizing leave, strategic planning daily, transport co-ordination for the department, staff relations, training and everything highlighted in my CV. At times, I would be available afterhours if any of the Junior Managers have an issue or concern. What I don’t enjoy the most is that we are 2 Operations Managers yet I have the largest team in our department and country. Therefore the relationship with my fellow co-worker is not as great as tasks get shifted to me constantly. I have learnt to adapt immediately to situations and think on the spot for solutions when an issue arise. What I enjoy the most is working with the people of the department.

No family time
A typical work day is 10 hours long where mostly you dont get a launch break but for me thats not an issue. Get along great with my co workers. Our family time are being taken away with the constant roster changers thats almost weekly.
Pros: Get transport to and from work
Cons: Shifts change almost on a weekly basis and can never make plans with family coz of it

Learning curve
It's interesting for working for a pathology company every day you learn something new and understand medical conditions. I treat every form that I log as a Patient and urgently the form must be logged because some Patients are in theater the Doctor needs to know something about the Patient quickly. My department has females mostly at first was difficult for me because I was coming from a workplace where I was working with 9 guys and I was the only female but now am okay.

Tenacious
Working in an oncology environment is fun in a sense that there’s always something new to learn It has helped me to grow as a person and how to handle pressure. I’m a quick learning always looking for room for growth in a company. Work well under pressure, working with patients, knowing that at the end of the day I have helped someone just makes me happy
