Well, working at pep has been a great experience. I've learnt a lot in the last 2 and half years than in my whole retail career. From the values of the company of honesty ,passion and resourcefulness of which I apply now to my own personal life,but also to the sikhula kunye culture (which means growing together). The culture has taught me that we need to communicate in a constructive manner and curcial conversations must take place no matter how painful and lastly people need direction , they want to be appreciated for a job well done and lastly they also want to contribute. Pep believes in all people and nothing keeps people more loyal then someone believing in them and their abilities... Challenges I've faced is being able to find a common ground with customers so they are able to let us help them while keeping in line with company policies of repairs and refunds. Working with the remarkable dynamos(staff at pep) in store that can teach you something new every now and again has been my greatest reward.

Good learning curve
I started working at PepCell in April 2017 up until now. I worked here because most companies need an experienced person to work for them. It has been a great journey and I have learnt a lot, the every day contact I make with customers is also a great experience. As I am working part time, I make it a point that I learn as much as possible for future use. I have learnt how to operate the till, capture the incoming stock from suppliers, returning stock to the supplier. Activating cellphones and dealing with different customers. What I find most difficult is being in a position where I have to deal with a dramatic and difficult customer

Excellent learning curve
Great team players, I have learned and greatly. Customers are amazing and customer service is my passion. I have learned how to operate with a lot of money, ride people and working under pressure.

Excellence customer service
Pepcell was like a home,they give you a warm welcome.working at pepcell was a great opportunity as they promoted me to supervise the casuals and train them.the relationship wish the co-workers was great we work together as dynamos"sikhulakunye"we present united front. I've learnt how to deal with a difficult customers and challenges at the till point. Mostly I enjoyed working with people and serving the customers.the most challenging aspect is a difficult customers and short at tills.

Opportunity for personal growth,archived by growing and grooming somebody else
Having to go in everyday and interact with customers from different backgrounds,personalities and needs. Listening to their needs and understanding them before offering a desired and suitable product can be be challenging hence one needs to be a very good listener. My co-workers were like my second family hencewe spent +/-8 hours in each other's company,understanding and supporting each other on a work and personal level whereas maintaining a professional relationship, leaving a footprint in one's life that they can never forget. I enjoy interacting with my customers, whether it is to make a sale or to solve their problem,end result makes me super happy

Excellent learning curve
I'm 28 years of age. I have good personal values such as respect, honesty and care. I have good communication skills and able to listen. I have problem solving skills. I am a gast learner, intelligent and hard working. I respect time and always punctual.

Excellent
Working at pepcell has been a wonderfull experience because the company changed my life the better i see life differently now in ready to go out there and start a new life. I've learnt to respect myself my self and other people I've learnt the I should value my self and other people. It's important to that you take life seriously and be open minded about what's going on in your life.pep taught me how to handle myself the team brought the best out of me. Happiness is free and people should choose to be Happy and cherish every moment. It's important that we truest each other as workers.

Manager.and 2 perment stuff
Doing admin,handling cash,banking,solving customer complaints am having good relationship with my Co.workers we understand each other.we working as team I learn to be myself,how to work with people being patient.and having self confident. I enjong learning a new things n doing my job perfectly..

TEAM WORK
I HAVE LEARNED THAT TEAM WORK IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT HELP CO-WORKERS TO BUILD A VERY STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIP.I HAVE ALSO LEARNED HOW TO DEAL WITH CHALLENGES THAT WE FACE ON DAILY BASIS LIKE DIFICULT CUSTOMERS, THE PREASURE WE HAVE DURING BUSY PERIODS
