Great experience

Phakisa out sourced me to Clover Olifantsfontein where i handle the dispatch of products. I make sure That the refrigerators are on and are set on the correct temperature. I also right down each and every thing that goes into the trucks.

Pros: theres no personal growth
Cons: I work in a cold place

Great knowledge of work

I worked long hours without any bonuses at the end of the year. No promotions granted to employees, no yearly salary increases. I worked in all weather conditions and work didn't stop because its raining or its windy

Your service is excellent

You already making me feel at home jus by doing this review.we where never consulted of anything ,we never had any input we were alwys told what is that they desided about us as their workers, when you come up with ideas on how to improve productivity nobody cared.i lost my child in december they did'nt even flinch😧

Pros: extend your care to the families of your workers provide schemes savings try and teach their kids not when they loose their loved once you jus give them 3 days leave
Cons: dnt niclect what is feeding you as a owner of a company or service provider make sure you feed your workers make them feel special at home something then you you will see the results.

Good learning curve

It Is a very good place to work at, it has its challenges at times but through team work we manage to resolve problems and work throughout those challenges all because of the good relationship I have with my co-workers. working with different people from different backgrounds you get exposed to different personalities and different characters and you learn how to treat them because they are different. I enjoy being in the team .

Exellent job oppotunity

Tiring work day. No communication with co-workers. One learns how its important to be a team player and communication with others. I enjoy to dlice the meat, but the most challening thing is the cold freezers we work in
