Its a learning curve

I work closely with my manager and stands in for her when she is not available , i'm overseeing the Doctors work , Nurses , Recruiters and Data . I also work closely with the study coordinator . Everything that has to so with the integrity of data i'm there , which is everything . I work alone and have 7 different protocols im working on across the studies

Pros: Learning a lot from my manager
Cons: Long hours , no bonus , overworked , working alone
