I enjoy working with the people at my company, but there is no room for groath. Only certain individuals get promoted. There is a new system and it is making thing difficult for everyone. I have a good relationship with all my colleagues. I enjoy socializing with colleagues. I enjoy my work which is dealing with SADC Clients..

Great learning curve

Team work is great, every one has their daily functions but take turns to assist one another where it is required. Being a team leader of the team made me more responsible and know how to handle day to day situation and queries. The working atmosphere is appealing. The most challenging aspects of the job is when dealing with suppliers that doesn't honor the SLA. we have always achieved our SLA as an outstanding team. What I enjoyed most is to be able to face challenges of the day and resolve all of the issues at the end of the day.

Pros: Great opportunity to Learn and lead
Cons: Long working hours
