No career growth

*no growth in this company,they would rather hire someone for a position and expect the experienced person to train that new member. *No overtime paid but you must work overtime! *Great Team and a good environment to grow but there is no Professionalism especially when it comes to communication. *Uniform is being sold to employees here. *You may be on the same position and doing the same job ,but salaries are way too different. *I have learned to work as a Team,solving customer complaints and managing staff as whole.

Pros: Opportunities to grow are there but depends who you are
Cons: Long hours,eve double shifts almost every week

Communication skill

I enjoy working with my colleagues every day. I learned how to do cash up, being a cashier, the store must always clean. It is always difficult to the team members when it is a pay day. I also discovered that I have good communication skill and I learn fast in different things. I hate it when we have difficulties sometimes but most we have fun. The most thing I like is we run our store as team.

A lot of growth

I like the system of hiring staff and promotion.the pressure of being evaluated n getting feedback.Good work gets recognition and coaching is always in place

Excellent in communication, and customer service

I am a very committed worker, I love challenges and I have the will to succeed. I am a motivated person. I have the ability to learn fast which will facilitate the training period.

Fair work experience

We usual not busy we only busy on weekend i work 6 to 8 hours a day, i work well with my co workers and management.ive learn to be independent and to put ma personal issues since am dealing with people and also to be confindent.i enjoy meeting people every day, the challeging part about my job its working late because we dont have transport.

Great learning curvr

Working at pizza hut has always been great. I have learnt a lot of things and I've been given an opportunity to grow from being a team member to supervisor in less then 6months of my appointment. Pizza hut believes in all people. The working environment is great, we have a lot of support from our superiors and we learn new things daily. I worked very well with my team, we have our fighting days but mostly we have fun.. My greatest challenge was having to deal with customer complaints, I love running smooth shifts, making my team happy and making my customers lleave with a smile and intention to come back.

Hectic at times and fun to work in a group learning new things every day from different customers and from the team and learning to deal with customer complaints an show to give great service to customers

*They don't follow their culture *Favouritism *Support is not their for their managers *Crew people do their own thing and when you discipline them they report you to HR

Able to work as a team, best service ever

Am a star at work I work to any department because am will to learn everything am a go getter, I have learnt that every one is unique so I must be able to work with anyone understand each other. What I enjoy the most is that am able to face any challenge that we came across with try it at work and I learn to respect each other doesn’t matter that you are superior but respect each other.

Worst company in the world

Worst company to work for.They don't pay but make you work like a dog and then blame you for the company 'not' making enough money. The director is a greedy selfish man who has no people skills what so ever and hates spending money yet he expects everything to be perfect 24/7

Cons: Salary terrible
