I learned how to manage to work various types of people and how to interact with difficult clients
Good working conditions and good overall company policy and good stuff moral. The most difficult part was learning how to fast and accurate with operating the cashier and making sure there were no errors. At the end of the day cashing up was not so fun because one had to be fast because manager wanted to leave quickly.

I am a very fast learner and i enjoy working with people by giving best service at all times
I like working with people because im a people's person .I offer an excellent customer service to keep them happy and satisfied.I work at a very busy environment which keeps me busy all day .I always prefer that as i aim to make money and grow . As at many as we are at work , i treat each and every one at work as family .

Good customer service

Good learning curve
If I am not working on the till point, I will be at the back receiving stock or operating the till, Our shop has less than twenty staff members so we all get along very well. I have learnt to be a team player and excellent communication skills. I mostly enjoy seeing a satisfied customer.

Excellent starting point
PnA is a very good company. It teaches you a lot including customer service, learning the operating of retail from suppliers to receiving to packing of stock. I would also advise for a person who just finish school to apply at PnA.

Great experience
Im a well groomed girl. Who loves to work with people and interacting with people. I love experiencing new things and learning new ideas. Meeting people and sharing ideas keeps the business running.

No growth
There is not much growth in the company and you get to do the samething everyday of the year.We had a great team that worked well together and I really enjoyed working with them.I got to learn more about stationary and how office machines are operated.

Shop Assistance ,cashier and a merchandising
Working at pna was a great experience, I've learned a lot of things like teamwork and how important it is.I have learned to serve each and every customer equally and to serve the customer to its best ability. Working with customer is challenging,because some of them have bad days but i also learnt at pna that is my responsibility to make sure my customers walk out of the shop with small. We treated each other like family and i find that very important because we spend more hours at work more than at home.

Experience gained
I started working for this company in November 2015 and since it's based in the Northern Suburbs it was a bit challenging for me because I did not know Afrikaans but as time went by I learned Afrikaans and now I can at least understand. This place has grown me so much and I cannot even remember having a single argument with neither of my colleagues.

Excellent learning curve
It was a new challenge and job position opportunity, I learned a lot, made a lot of new acquaintances. I expanded my knowledge and experience. It was mind blowing. There was something new every day, which made the job position opportunity so much more fun. The people I worked with was always cooperative and there was a friendly atmosphere. It was like family. I learned a lot about respect, as well as some team work. I used to work alone however working as a team was definitely a new challenge which was refreshing and interesting. If you work hard it doesn't go unseen. I had the time of my life with this job position opportunity of a supervisor. You would go to work in the morning and it's like you never want to go home. There is also so much growth, which leads to new challenges and opportunities that you experience.
