Great opportunities

We working long straight hours from 07h00-16h45, Monday to Friday. There is no overtime. The culture is so good, it is a practice that everyone greets one another whenever people meet each other during the entire day, this includes contractors that will be onsite. I have a learnt a lot especially on how to accommodate other people from different cultures and background. I have learnt that my position(Current Job) is to work hand in hand with the people and not against them. My challenges so far is when people take other things so simple and light without realising that it can cause more damage in the long run.

Pros: Good company to work for. taking care of the employees.
Cons: Long working hours
