Good stepping stone
At has been a great pleasure working for this company, they are professional, passionate and serve thier clients very well. Great workers who execute their daily duties in accordance, always there to help one anonther and ensuring that our clients are assisted where need be. great team work and theynare equally so individually. I have learned getting a job doesn't mean that you have stopped learning, I kept learning everyday and each year one has to adapt to changes. The most challenging aspect would be dealing with difficult clients, you master that, you are an assert.

Excellent learning curve
Great pI conducted clinical research where we were looking at alternative natural remedies/medicine for diabetes mellitus, thrombosis and cardiovascular conditions . I was also involved in collaboration with Rhodes University (department of Chemistry) where I screened their synthesized chemical compounds for anticancer activity and elucidate their mechanism of action . I also assisted my host with applications for research funding and ethical clearance (human and animal ethical clearance) . Research project supervisor and co-supervisor of Honors student (biochemistry student) and Masters students (pharmacy students) at NMMU (January 2010-December 2010) . Assisted postgraduate students in my research unit with statistical analysis and data interpretation . Attended weekly postgraduate meetings and presentation to offer technical assistancelace to work for

Great learning curve
40 working hours per week, for our entry level there is no overtime nor bonus or any other benefits received by permanent employees. Working with clients is great especially when they cooperate, I have learned a lot and enjoyed the experience. The only challenge was that the environment is noisy at the packhouses and sometimes you work overtime and under pressure because besides your field work you are expected to write tests and do practical for your evaluation. None the less it was a great opportunity

Great learning opportunity
A typical work day is to make sure that services are delivered and the client is aware of the services conducted at their premises, arrange accommodation, flights and car hire. I must capture reports, do invoicing and filling and not forgetting replying on emails. I have a great relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt a lot at my department, now I know how to run my department alone. I enjoy seeing a client happy with our services.

Learning and improving my skills
I started working at Perishable Products Export Control Board on December 2016, they reinstate my contract for 10 months every after 2 months. We work in an open plan environment which I like, because we get to interact with each other and that is good for team building. However we get to clash sometimes for example we have one radio in the office and we enjoy different radio stations, so some will get irritated when a particular radio station is tuned. PPECB has got limited job opportunities that is the disadvantage about working in this company. Other than that is is a good company to work for I have equipped myself with many skills and experience that could enhance great job opportunities for me.
