Growing curve

Gethering data of new clients, cold calling,referrals and going out for appointments. Reaching monthly targets. Working as a team to do presentations in different cities. You meet different clients every day with different attitude, character, and needs. I enjoyed going put and meeting new people and finalising my sale. Commission was a bonus. Challenge was when you have no clients and not getting paid for that month.

Adpting to any situation

Para-legal was never something i thought i would fall inlove with, but i grabbed it with both hands and i excelled in it. I grow a need to want to know more about the law of our country. Playing attention at every little detail and understanding. Learning is something i am very passionate about as well as working with people.

Great

a very dynamic company , with diversity of culture and friendly working environment. I work well with my co-workers and prefer being part of a team. in the last 6 years at PPS I have learned to apply my knowledge and skills in a professional manner and working with various stakeholders , and universities. I enjoy working with different people from different organisations and different people. the most challenging part of the Job is getting young people buy insurance.

Pros: flexible and very rewarding , makes a differnct in the lives of the graduate professional
Cons: working late and having to convince university students to buy traditional insurance

A typical work day

I like working at the company,people here are good and have no problems,enjoy working with the people. I learn to operate a overhead crane and driving a forklift. But you can improve your skills or going for higher position. I would like to become more,but the opportunities aint here. I enjoy my work and do it to the fullest of my abilities. There is no challanges in my work place anymore,but challanging myself to do my job even better.

Good communication. Buying experience

Buying, selection of quotes, attending to queries, procurement duties, dealing with the onboarding and terminations, assuing equipment, Rica 3g cards, dealing with stolen lost equipment, meetings, report writing everymonth, stock taking, inventory, receiving of new equipment, courier, expediting

the company culture is great and the people I work with a super cool and amazing the only issue I have is the life we have in this department its toxic everyone wants to move from this department its because we are all treated as if we don't exist

Growing and adding value

I worked in an FMCG company for 10 years and would like to go back into the industry. I have good analytical skills and I am studying towards a degree in Marketing. I have already completed 2 years. I am a quick learner and enjoy working with people.
