Excellent, hard worker ,love challenges

Looking, controlling, guiding,coaching, the staff, run production , teamwork is our priority with team members I am working with. Respect people,love your job, do the best in your job those things I have learnt. Learn new things through challenges , Most challenging aspect when a workers stay away from the job in numbers

Terrible management

Too much politics within the company and top management covering up for abuse carried out by lower management towards staff. No work life, personal life balance. Not much room for growth. HR does not protect staff.
