Gave me a broad perspective of the Insurance world
I am a very hard working individual and learn very fast. Get along with my colleagues and extremely professional. I have learnt how to deal with different clients and my telephone Antiquate skills have enhanced extremely.

Broadening my horizons
Working at PMD gave me a broader perspective on what risk specific insurance, it was a very pressurised yet family orientated environment, however there were very small chance of growing within the company.

The job is really a dead end for most
KPI targets are ridiculous. This makes it nearly impossible to reach targets required in order to earn commission. No reward whatsoever for hard work because of irrelevant criteria such as dial time

Learning curve
I am an experienced contact center agent specializing in customer service and collections with over five years’ experience in the environment. In my current role, my core function is to provide is to collect on overdue insurance premiums, deal with client queries and well as assist with the retention of clients. I have the proven ability to lead by example, consistently deliver and exceed targets. Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and team management skills as I am a second in charge. Over and above that I have excellent verbal, written communication and comprehension skills; I pay attention to detail and accuracy.

Great learning opportunity and client relations experience
The insurance industry has taught me a lot about clients and relating to their needs as well as addressing client objections professionally. Interacting with different clients and selling the products differently has build up a lot of confidence and expertise in marketing and business.
