Work and employees - i am a team player

dealing with GUESTS and EVENTS AND GROUPS on a daily basis, making sure all is in order for the days check in's. making reservations and liaise with guests regarding future reservations, i am a team player and get on well with co employees in the TEAM.

Good educational on reservations and the hospitality industry

I most enjoy my working hours as previously I worked extreme shifts. My working day consists of doing reservations and assisting guests where they are struggling. I get along easily and professionally with co workers, but I do not mind working on my own or being part of a team.

Pros: Opportunities within the company
Cons: Working far from home.

Gaining more experience

It is amazing to work with people, especially if you have a great TEAM by your side. Understand different cultures and back grounds. Work as a Team to achieve a common goal. Always put your Guest 1st and create a relationship with them, to keep continuous business relationships and consistency.

Growing potential

I am love the diversity at work . Doing checks and creating list. My co workers like to ask me for advise and guidance. Willing to go extra mile and willing to help where and if i can.
