It would be a great pleasure to be considered for this post as I would like to gain more work experience to broaden my horizons while enhancing my career profile. I believe that I would be best utilised within the day to day business operations of the department since I am comfortable working within a team environment, willing to learn new things, have the ability to work in a pressured and unstructured environment. Being appointed for this post will give me an excellent insight into your company and an outstanding opportunity for me to explore different working methods and practice the knowledge I gained through my work experience.

Company culture is not great. I would prefer going back to the private sector.

I don't have much to say. I work for a government entity where everything outsourced. I would prefer going back to the private sector were i can use my skills and knowledgee..

Good learning area

all my day at work are fine and I enjoy working there, the relationship with my co-workers are stable and I have learned so much and I enjoy talking with clients and assisting clients , what I enjoy most is meeting new people each and every day and if makes my communications improves in all languages. the most challenging aspect of the job is when you meet with non south African clients who don't want to produce relevant document and what to force the procedure to continue .

FASTER LEARNER

I ENJOY WORKING AS AN HR, I WORK VERY WELL WITH MY CO-WORKERS AND MY SUPERVISOR, WORKING AT PSiRA HUMAN CAPTAL DEPARTMENT HAS TAUGHT ME A LOT, IT HAS TAUGHT ME OF UBUNTU, TRANSPARENCY, PROFESSIONALISM AND ACCOUNTABILITY. I LOVE WHAT I DO EVERYDAYAND ENJOY DOING MY JOB AND I GIVE MY ALL WHEN IT COMES TO DOING MY JOB. THE MOST CHALLENGINF THIS WHEN I HAVE TO LEARN NEW THING BUT CAUSE OF MY DETERMINATION I MAKE SURE I LISTEN ATTENTIVELY AND GRAP EVERYTHING CAUSE IM EVENTUALLY A FASTER LEARNER
