Good team working spirit Take orders Learn new things easily Can work under pressure Like working orderly so Building maintenance skills acquainted Team work strengthen Pantuality,working under no supervision though hectic days will always be there. Work is correctly done and all emergencies are attended daily. Challenges are always there,but its employees duty to solve and pass it.

GOOD EXPOSURE BUT NO GROWTH

ITS A GOOD DEPARTMENT AND I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEGUEAS. I HAVE LEARNED THAT IN EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING YOU MUST EXCEL. I ENJOYED BIENG EXPOSED IN DIFFERENT COMPONENTS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. AND I ENJOYED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE SENDING US FOR DIFFERENT TRAININGS. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN INFORMATION TO OUR ELEMENTARY STAFF BECAUSE CORRECT TERMS AND THOUGH EXPLAINATION MUST BE DONE

Excellent learning curve

I have acquired N3 in Electrical Engineering at Thekwini college year 2012,I also have a Trade test in electrical Engineering.I am a dedicated person who is always willing to learn and grow in Engineering industry. My ability to communicate with people ,problem solving skills and ability to work in team will make me a valuable asset to your firm. I am responsible ,efficient and intrigued by any challenge that may contribute towards my skills and professional growth as an electrician

Service excellence

Arriving at work timeously to gather with section, and discuss the challenges of the pass week and the work ahead. Planning. Team work, working together to maintain one goal. Everyone, has different back grounds and culture, to respect this is important. Interacting makes life easier and getting to know each other. Each section with in the Department has its own challenges but being exposed to them makes accept the challenges of others. Problem solving is interesting, to solve things makes your life more fulfilling. Dealing with difficult public, that does not want to understand problems created by systems.

Pros: Be involved in other setions
Cons: The negativity of other people, who does not like change

Challenging environment and good learning within real estate sector

Highly political and long bureaucratic processes. Poor culture and failure to take decisions. Long meetings and poor work ethics. Culture of non compliance and poor performance.

Pros: Good learning ground on real estate matters within public sector

Greener pasture is a must

Its been goid over the years working for public works and have learnt that team work makes the load of work less straining and maintanable. i also learnt that if you not organised and mannered things will be hard especially when you working with clients every day. some clients are diffivult to work with but you have to be patient in order for yor work to be done. i been working for 10 years and i dnjoy my work cause i fet well with mosg of my collegues and managers. The biggest challenge at work is when the is no material to work with and the job has to be done.

Pros: No oppotunity for promotion at all
Cons: Work load gets bigger every year

Excellent experience

Wonderful experience to develop my career and to excesses my experience as a site clerk of works. Great platform to apply my leadership skills and to the mediator between the client, contractor and consultants stake holders. I enjoy the diverse culture of different people I work with on site.

Pros: It would have been great opportunity if it was a permanent position

Excellenet learning curve, learnt how to communicate with other peole effectively and efficiently.

I enjoy working here, simply because I learnt how to type fast, how to communicate properly and also improved my computer skills. I don't mind working shifts, but I have a problem of working night sift alone, for 7 days by myself, its very scary, that is why I am looking for another job. I get along with my co-workers and bosses, never had any problems with any of them. The most challenging aspects of this job, is having to provide report, not knowing how to compile a report and again having weekend and night shift by yourself, but none the less its a good working environment.
