I maintain buses by doing minor repairs such as air leaks,water leaks,oil leaks,do brakes systems like replaces brake pads or shoes and other systems like suspension,steering systems. I am a fast learner who's eager to learn and grow in the industry

Pros: Best place to learn the trade also manual labour and to learn to diagnose without fency equipment
Cons: staying on one section for a long time

Excellent opportunity to grow

These is great company one can work for. This company has opportunities which one can get. Unfortunately it doesn't pay enough and I feel like we working very hard and we deserve better salary

Have learned how to manage sub ordinates and working with different people of differing behavious.

I am managing people and working closely with them has fought me many things. Its a challenging task which am enjoying in that it has helped me understand and accommodate different people while ensuring that we have a common goal to achieve. My sub ordinates perceive me as a very strict manager but who is also open and accommodating to ideas and suggestions.

Cons: always wiling to work overtime and on weekends

Good invironment for learning

Good team building;assisting each other.managing our working teams,we are working three different times;early morning;Morning shift and late shift.i have learnt a lot from my colleagues and on the company as a whole;like computer boxes;startor motors;alternator;fuses;relays,lights and servicing of batteries.workinf under not lot of pressure,come in do the job u given and no one will be after u

- Work under pressure due to day to day work load, - Great learning opportunity due to varying challenges - Teaches oneself to embrace diversity - Strenuous working hours - Fewer meetings
