Strength in growing as individual

Very challenging environment everyday. It was always awesome experience working with colleagues who will always meet you half way even when it's hard at sometimes. I have learnt that everyday is a day to learn and share your knowledge in order to grow as individual. I enjoyed being audited by client as it was only way to see if your system is valid.

Not so interesting or challenging role

Micro understanding of transport and fleet management get along with co workers however top management never willing to listen or acknowledge employees input and/or challenges.

Pros: None so far
Cons: No room for promotion
