Collecting data for payroll Capturing time and attendance and payroll data I have a very good relationship with my co-worker, I make friends for life which is awesome. There are always challenges in every job but it is how you approach and overcome them that shows the true you. I enjoy working with figures and doing calculations. I love helping people. Trying to get all the input on time each month, so that you can meet your deadlines. Manages don't take your deadlines seriously. I don't like to be micro managed, my manager must trust me. I know my job well, so I can just get on with it and do what I have to do.

Pros: You are left to get on with your job and there is no one looking over your shoulder, checking up on you all the time.
Cons: Stress to get to the deadline, but it is actually a good stress.

I have an Electrical Engineering diploma, I qualify as an electrical technician. I have also been trained on fire fighting skills, health and safety, communication skills and computer skills. I have worked with different companies in the engineering field especially in the maintenance side of the field( please see my CV).

Pros: Growth and diversity in the industry. Learning new things and gaining more experience in the industry.
Cons: Overtime
