Good Learning Curve

Working at radio riverside is fun and exciting, yet sometimes pressuring due to scheduling that need to be done before deadlines. Being in Sales and Marketing is more than a job - is a lifestyle of hustling and grinding, however what I most value is the fact that this job teaches you to be humble, determent and mostly to be persistent in life. My co-workers has become my friends regarding working affairs [I really rely on them to assist my when I am faced with difficulties. I enjoy the challenging working environment of chasing, sercuring and keeping clients happy. What I really find challenging is dealing what some of my managers tasks, whilst I have my own to complete in deadline time.

Pros: Great networking prospects, marketing and sales working experience
Cons: Sometimes the job becomes routinely which is not good for development

Excellent

It was great working at the company.. I learned alot and gained a lot of experience. It is great for school leavers to join this company to be able to work in an enviroment where you meet different people from all walks of life
