I learnt a lot from Rage and that company requires a lot of hard work

Working At Rage is hard.. You must work hard. Dealing with daily targets. Dealing with lazy staff. Opening aCounts .i must say a person must be determined to reach daily work and target

Pros: I got promoted after 1½ year and I'm sure it's because of my hard work

Fast paced and always changing

You must be able to think on your feet as things change constantly. Things never go according to plan. You must also not speak your mind as anything you say can be reported. You are always expected to do more but the salary remains the same or the increase is insignificant.

Pros: Working hours are fine
Cons: Not necessarily any promotion opportunity

Banking reconciliation

I'm working 8 hours Monday to Friday have one weekend in and out also work overtime according to business needs. I enjoy working as a team and complete daily tasks. I have learned different kind of customers and working environments. Working for KPIS and see the best customer service candidate and reward them . The most challenging things like reconciling daily inventory it's hard to look for non captured stock especially if was on leave or day off and also that difficult customer that want to give or return her items .

Excellent learning curve

We work 6 days a week, my off days are Sunday and Monday and 1 weekend off. With the company I have learn Visual merchandising, opening new stores, relocations and store revamps. I enjoy travel and conduct training to different stores and out of town stores as well. I also enjoy Visual Merchandising make sure stores are appealing and easy to use. The most challenging is to attend ccma cases due to staff dismissals and to attend hearings.

Pros: To grow with the company
Cons: Long hours
