Good customer Service experience, fast learner etc

As a Customer service advisor, I've learned how Acknowledge customer query, advocating with the customer showing empathy and always hit the spot by making the customers experience a memorable one, and also Taking ownership.

Good communication both verbal and written

My relationship with co-workers was very great,we were very much supportive to one another as we work with difficult clients the most,we would swap the accounts rather,the typical day of work was when I phone this client an he started swelling at me there was no corporation from the client and I am not allowed to swear back to client ,I learnt on how to deal with difficult client and arrogant person, what I enjoy the most was when I received complement from my superior as well as meeting the targets, the most challenging was when I cannot reach the client and worse for 1st installment and not reaching my 1st installment targets because was a competition with other coworkers
