I am a dedicated individual in everything I do. I work well alone and in a group. I am punctual and passionate about logistics. I am respectful, humble and easy to get along with. I love networking and gaining knowledge at any given time. I strongly believe in self empowerment. I complete my work at all times

Good working environment

team leader. Solving customers problems, report irregularities to management, learning how to manage people, customers service ,weigh parcels, ensure correct quantity, supervisor skills

Dealing with different people every day is difficult because you don't know what is their mood and how to approach them and what you will say that can upset them... people p

Excellent learning

I enjoy working at ram and learn a lot each and every day. And it's good to work at ram as a courier because we go around seeing different people and different companies and what they are producing. I now know many different areas around gauteng and mpumalanga because of ram couriers. I now have different tribes of friends because of ram couriers

I learn a lot from the company

Working for this company for 4years make me a moral person.. I know how to deal with different department at the same time. It teaches me how to handle difficult situation based on my work. I can work on my own without supervision.

Pros: I am alway proffetional to my work
Cons: I can work more than the hours if I have to.

Good learning curve

Learn how to handle challenges, conflict. Lots of pressure, busy workplace. Teaches you to meet targets, good teamwork, discipline. I work well with my peers, have a good relationship, respect.

Pros: Reflecting upon my career, working here teaches me to be thankful and appreciative. Teaches me to endure and to have patience for a better future career.
Cons: Very long working hours, hardly any promotions

Exellent learning curve

Strong team building Room to learn more. I learn how to handle pressure in so many ways. Transparancy is not a strong point in my organisation. We have diverse cultural differency and strong team . The work environment is good and we provide proffessional services
