I've learned a lot of RAM's system

Everyday is a challenge which I love a lot. I enjoy working with the my co-workers. We have a very good understanding. I've learned what it is to work 16 hours a day. I've learned how to deal with pressure and to use your own initiative when everybody left. I enjoyed and loved problem solving.

Pros: Chances for promotion is 0-10%
Cons: Hours is too long everyday 16hours. With no compensation.

I've learned how to become one of the best on RAM PE's system.

Everyday comes with new challenges, but I love it. I enjoy working with the colleagues I have. I've learned what it is to work 16hours a day, also how to deal with stress and to take initiative when management is not around. The most challenging aspect is working 16hours from Monday to Friday with no compensation.

Pros: No opportunities for promotion.
Cons: The hours are tolong.

Durring all my year with ram i obtain a certificate in road transport

myRESPONSIBILITY -WAREHOUSING AND STOCKCONTROL METHODS AND PROCEDURES -REPLANISHING STOCK ON DAILY BASIS -INSPECTING GOODS RECEIVED AND ISSUING MATERIALS -ENSURING STOCK IS ALLOCATED CORRECTLY TO SPACE AND CAN BE EASILY FOUND ON REQUEST -SUPERVISE AND PARTICIPATE IN DAILY WAREHOUSE OPERATION AND ACTIVITIES -RECODING OF INVENTORY DOCUMENTATION STORAGE SAFETY AND DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS

Pros: working for this company its was a great opportunity for me because i learn lot of things within warehousing ,time managment ,resolving problem and hoe to handle pressure durring pik up seasion
Cons: i do work long hour but depending on the volume of shippment that we have .

Good learning opportunities

Learnt and experienced new things. Great co-workers, supportive of each other. Great family spirit amongst departments. Problems and concernsare nottaken much into consideration even though employees are told they abd open door policy.

I can work shift and I can work on my own with or without constant supervision.ì have gòod relation with other worker I have gòod communication skills.ĺ can work under pressure and am not afraid of chaĺenges and fast learner and I have a positive self esteem and I have gòod communication skills which includes verbal and written abilities and I have strong organizational skills.li can work overtime and standby when required.iejoy working with other people and I enjoy team work and I have gòod industrial relations skiĺls.

I enjoy working at ram to sell their sim card and i gain a lot of experience also to communicate with customers they really taught me to be patient,also i have passion to work hard n solve problems in my onwn,if i get get dat opportunity also i wil do so n make u become proud of my archivement

Excellent learning curves

Its nice working environment but hectic on monthened have to work under pressure and manager always at our back but my colleagues are friendly and understanding I have learn a lot regarding the work im doing as I don't have a exactly qualifications of the job I'm doing experience new things now and then and I enjoying doing the invoicing.the challenge I meet its when u I do a mistake and always my manager she is on me..

The daily job is challenging, meeting new clients daily Good team work Putting company values first Solving disputes is the most challenging part of the job
