Excellent learning curve

Our work days are generally driven by deadlines, could be SARS deadlines or clients requiring financials, which will mean our days are usually busy. Relationship with co-workers are great, there is great teamwork amongst us. Time management and continuous self development is what I have learnt. What I enjoy the most is working on audits being outside the office. Meeting deadlines, is the most challenging aspect of our job, as we deal with financial information that is always required urgently.

Pros: Alot of experience is acquired.
Cons: Long working hours, with no overtime

Excellent learning curve

rive to be a professional in all I undertake and focus on the efficient and organised execution of my duties. In any company it remains important to inculcate a high level of leadership and initiative and I consider this to be one of my strong points. I would welcome any opportunity to structure and implement core functions and to realise the value and necessity of regular follow up and constant management of envisioned programs and structures. My curriculum vitae give further insight into the innovations that I have recently been involved in. I am more than willing to involve myself fully in all aspects of the company both professionally and interpersonally. Yet again, I am able to deal with everyone that I interact with, in a calm, reassuring and empathetic manner.

Excellent learning experience all round

Ramathe Chartered Accountants is a professional accountancy and business consulting firm composed of experts specialising in assurance, internal audit, corporate finance, tax consulting, business analysis, performance management and risk management.

Pros: Great opportunity of being mentored directly by the firm partners.
Cons: No promotion opportunities after completing articles
