Excellent learning curve

Working as an Electrical apprentice has taught me a lot and now I have an Institutionalized training certificate and able to read and draw electrical drawings. I am able to work as an individual and in a team. I am able to think and come up with ideas where needed. I am also keen to learn and not afraid of challenges.

Pros: Great to work as a semi skilled electrician

I enjoyed and still enjoy everything i do in this company i just need a permanent job as a family man and i learned to work on a project is different than corporate

Rand water allows for growth

A day at Rand Water as a project manager is challenging , the people are friendly , learning is easy as there is always someone to ask questions when you do not understand. I have learnt how to work with people in a project team.The most challenging thing however is is working with contractors who are not fully equipped to do work at times.

Pros: Great enviroment to grow in areas where one might have lacked previously. Rand water is a great place to develop skills.
Cons: None.

Basic learning curve

Used to perform daily cashflow Perform rejections for authorization Process petty cash Investing in different banks Keep checking balances on standard bank Reconcile the cashflow Audit department Perform appraisal audit Perform auction audit I had a good professional relationship with my co-workers The experience has been good for a learner but now its getting monotonous i need a challenge When i was working in the medical aid and provident fund office i learned alot and the workload was more which excited me so i had to rotate to treasury department then to auditing.

Pros: it was quite interesting to be in the water sector but in the financial sector. i learned alot.

With my qualifications and my experience I believe am the suitable candidate for the position.

I have worked as HRISA for 7 years and have previous other experience such recruitment in which I have learned finance negotiations, am deadline driven, attention to detail, work well with team and on my own. I will like the organisation to offer me an chance to transfer my skill which I have acquired.

Pros: I have being awarded an award for mover and shaker, work well done.

Monitoring

Im hardworking, dedicated and versatile young person with substantial academic back ground and excellent attitude to work, highly motivated, reliable, ability to work under pressure, team work and deadline orientated with sufficient working experience as Qualified Electrician at In2 FOOD spring valley production company. When after I complete my apprenticeship programme from May 2013-2016, I been appointed as an Artisan Coordinator at Rand water Academy (War On Leaks project) from 30st May 2016 31st Dec 2016. Now Im currently employed at In2 FOOD spring valley (Fruit production company) as Electrician.

Pros: Great chances for promotions

I have more experience in human resource that I wisI have more information which need to be shared and have more energy to to learnh to be given a chance to impart and also to learn more

Excellent learning

We are working with seniors excellently and hardworking. The working hours were 8 hours daily.we do fualt findings,installations,motor and cable testing.The challenges are working under pressure with live wire and running motors.

Pros: Getting practical experience in your trade

Excellent learning curve

On a personal level, I am not afraid to confront authority and report any potential safety issues and control any hazards as required. Furthermore, I work well with others and willingly cross train colleagues so as to extend my knowledge across the whole team.

Pros: great opportunity for me to further my studies
Cons: dangerous sites i was working on
