Excellent learning curve

Its a beautiful environment to work in and the relationship i have with my co workers is good. i have learnt to persevere a go an extra or work an extra mile for the company and that taught me excellence. I enjoy doing the work given a week before the due date. I can work individually i am self driven but the company really taught me how to work in a team and now i am excellent at it.

Excellent expereince

Was a great experience to be able to understand what it is to actuallu work with attorneys and as well as properties. It was a good insight to get a better understanding and knowing what people such as bond originators do as well as how the process is drawn out with contracts and offers in regards to selling and purchasing a property. Everyday was something definitely new in understanding and dealing with,working with attorneys closely and also having clients on the one end transfering big amounts and wprking out the agents commission was very new to me but my co-workers took me through most of my processes and the procedure of how things are done. It was a good experience.

Personal growth

A typical day for me at work, I liaise with stakeholders of the company. I assist the new agents with the work and they get to shadow me as well. I work with all open files in the office and give feedback to clients on a weekly basis. I interview prospective agents. I have a pretty cordial relationship with the staff. I have learnt a lot in regards to the transfer process and how it goes. I enjoy interacting with different people from different backgrounds on a daily. The most challenging aspect is the working hours at times. ta
