Opportunity knocks!
A typical work day involves prospecting for new business, making appointments with business owners in the real estate sector, with the focus to convert independent estate agencies to the Rawson fold. All my interaction is on a business-to-business level. Relationship with co-workers is very healthy and we make a good team that is supportive and got eachother's back so to speak. I thrive on "going in for the kill"- meaning being a dealmaker and putting a structured deal in place for a win-win situation for all parties concerned. My employer can be assured that I am a very loyal individual and will at all times be a great brand ambassador. The most challenging part of office automation is getting enough appointments, filling your diary with the right person (buyer) in the company.

Rawson
A typical day start with checking emails and replying. It's a very relaxed atmosphere but unfortuneately here is not much room to grow. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, the fun and we all get along well. As this was a new adventure I have learnt about real estates and bank mandates. I enjoy being busy and able solve queries. Challenging would be dealing with difficult principals or agents not giving feedback as and when required

Client satisfaction
My typical day consist of making at least 2 appointments per day where I can go an meet prospective real estate businesses - with the view to convert them to change brands to move over to Rawson. Franchise sales is a very unique business-to-business sales process and to a large degree the conversion is based on a trust relationship - that which was promised, gets delivered and exceeded.
