Great experience at RCL Foods

Started at RCL Foods as an intern, great opportunities for experience but no time to further studies and work life balance one sided.Appreciated all the experience and the goals attained I actually grew in RCL. A normal day starts with Plant start up to slaughter 350 000 chickens a day, then meetings, planning and development, breakdown resolving.

Pros: Great opportunities for experience
Cons: Very long working hours, work every weekend

Great Learning curve

Capturing of orders. Doing Capital orders and updating Bill of Works. Sourcing additional quotations. Very family friendly site. The physical location in nature. Workig with people. Very stressfull but satisfying

Excellent exposure

i can work under pressure, as a team, creditors, reconciling payment, loading payments on syspro, EFT payments, matching invoices, grn and PO's, processing of invoices and credit notes, filling, supplier queries, age analysis, good communication with suppliers and meat deadlines.

Pros: willing to learn more
Cons: required exposure
