What I have learned at Rcs group

I have learned a lot at Rcs group, team work very important, good communication skills , basically what we do there we selling our product to the customers talking to customers the whole day, I like that because i am talkative and we respond to the emails , answering the phone ,sending application to head office

Pros: Opportunities for the company to give me position are very high because l know everything in the company I do my work accordingly ,always on time , I make sure that we meet the target
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long as I will get the day off

Always learning and upskilling employees

As a telemarketer my job is to sell credit cards to our clients and meet the required targets set. Currently our sales department is closed, so we helping out all other departments. Mostly our collections department. By assisting customers who cannot pay, and persuading those who are able to. RCS has a great working environment, and I get along well with everyone. I enjoy dealing with customers and it satisfies me when I solve their queries. The only shortfall is that growth opportunities are scare. And I feel that every person is to grow with their company.

Pros: Upskilling and great work environment
Cons: Not much benefits

I enjoy closing deals and chasing monthly targets. Chasing projects

Its a good company to work for if you come in already Snr. IT give oppourtinities for people to learn and grow but usally to grow outsiide of the organizations

Consistent and quick learner

I have worked with great people who saw me as their motivator, I always assisted them when they need technical assistance and the company didn't recognize my work and our agency also paid us short sometimes and it would go uninvestigated as to what happened and that is what made want to leave the company, other than that I enjoyed working there the work environment was friendly and clean it was a place meant for business

Working at rcs is a good place to start at you learn alot there's a lot of growt

I learnt alot the growth is limited to certain individuals. Salary is not enough you don't spend enough time with family what I enjoy the most is my friends I met at rcs

Not much of commission

U never made permanent Racism and unfairly judgments Team or manager steals from your salary No warnings only dismissed. No raise. There is absolutely nothing that I've learnt beside stealing workers wages. You even tend to lose your proffessionality.

Pros: No growth
Cons: No off day

No growth at all

I enjoy working at rcs although growth us limited. I have learnt to solve fraud wrong card queries Typical working day is when all the work is up to date I have learnt that i cannot be too comfortable doing my job or i will make too much mistakes

Pros: Great company for experience and learnibg
Cons: Limited growth
