Learnt how to work in a property focused company,how to work under pressure being the only QS

WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I'm a 26 year old female with National Diploma in Building-Construction management and Quantity Surveying with a couple of 4-5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in mostly residential buildings and civil construction. I’m a hard worker ,great knowledge of site measurements ,project costing ,quality assurance ,project planning ,material purchasing and liaising with suppliers ,sub-contractor claims ,taking of and tendering….I am self-motivated ,hardworking ,diligent young lady who possesses excellent analysis ,planning and organizing skills. I believe I am flexible, accurate and I work well under pressure. I have good communication skills, I easily adapt to new changing environments and changes. Property portfolio administration

Every day is a hectic different day.You have to time manage and plan your day.I get along with everybody at my workplace.I love talking to my clients.I deal with property clients and insurance clients. You have to keep your head at al times.

Pros: Different challenges everyday
Cons: You dont have a chance to take a break
