Working hours are long, doesn't pay enough to live of from

A typical day at work come in pack books out tidy up be on the till day ends. Great relationship with my co-worker. Most challenging is the heavy box lifting that I have to do.

Pros: There are no pros
Cons: Not the working hours but the working late on a weekend and the store being open on a weekend

Excellent learning and empowering

From being just an employee to being part of management and valuing the success of the organisation as well as being a good ambassador from within the organisation to the outside world. The above has improved my understanding and conceptualization of my duties and responsibilities of employer's expectations in my role in the organisation

Pros: Great for personality growth and development
Cons: Already exposed to managerial duties and functions it would be waste of skill get promoted but duties and responsibilities remain the same

Customer service course and business management

I like working atretail because you spent more time learning new things, experiencingnew challenge, interacting with different customers, solving problems, working in high pressure. I an hard working, patient, go getter, target driven, trustworthy and honest.

Pros: I have room for improvement
Cons: I can work more than 11 hour per day if needed

Good working environment, I have learned good customer experience, learning wordstock , merchandising , point of sale (Pos ) accuracy and maintaining netness of the store ..

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: No overtime
