I am a hard working individuals always willing to learn new things

I am always on time. Able to participate in team and willing to do things together and always trying to help where my co-workers cant. I have learnt a lot eg: customer service, supervising, project management, presentations, sales (cold calling/tenders) I like being a team leader, making sure that all is going according to plan My most challenging and disappointing moments is when my team is not able to reach the target or not doing the job as expected. But i am forever making sure that all is going accordingly,

Excellent learning curve, especially at the management role

Training and development was very excellent. Taking initiatives Working under no supervision Having a great team Involving my team before taking any decisions High level of team work. Having more experienced mentor Made lot of chavgings that benefited the company. Sharing and advising my fellow collouques Accepting the problems of the company, tried to make things better not only for us to coming generations as well. To be more dedicated with what we are all doing.

Challenging environment

staff morale is low and priority is not put on the company's human resource but rather strictly profit driven with little incentive for the staff. A 1000% effort is insisted upon while the benefits are nonexistent with a meager salary that the lowest level blue collar worker would scoff at. There are no clear established systems and policies on which the company is run, it is strictly a one man show where the person at the top can chop and change as he pleases and micro manages every department without much care for the detriment it bring to the effective function of each department within the company.

I'm a hard working person who commit my self to my work all the time, I pay attention to details and quick to pic up new ideas. I believe I could fit easily into your team
