Significant growth and eye-opener
I work in an environment where there is always something to be done. It's a constant rush to meet deadlines throughout the month whether it is for reporting or projects. I work in a small team and a small company so everyone know each other and it's quite easy to form relationships. Since I work for relatively young company I have enjoyed being involved in the implementation of new processes and the improvement of controls. I gained a lot in terms of how to handle myself in the workplace and bringing technical knowledge into practice. The challenges I face are having to meet tight deadlines with limited resources.
Pros: Opportunities for learning
Cons: Staff turnover is high in management leading to lack of leadership

Great learning curve
It's an 8 hours length per day great communication and support/teamwork I leant communicating effectively, team player, working under time frame I enjoy work itself Challenges: customers miscommunication on specification, not knowing where to get data.

It's a good company and I've learnt a lot of skills and attributes
Real People is a good company which provide a good channel for one to grow and to be him/herself and to prove yourself. It's a small company which has a good potential to emerge and it's a place for one to find themselves and to show case their abilities and skills
