Good learning experience
The system used in the company is good at teaching great work ethics however the system is in such a way that you become a slave and you are excluded from all the people in your personal life. Regardless of how much money you make, 60% goes back into the company in form of transport from r you and the people that you recruit all in the name of investing in your business which you will never own as it is still in the CEO’s name . You are brainwashed and when you aren’t selling the problem is always with you.

Great environment to learn and grow.
I learned a lot from the door to door sales and marketing. I learnt some management skills and by now building relationships is not a problem to me and my communication skills have been advanced now. I am ready for something new

Excellent learning curve

I have call center telesales experience, where we were selling Telkom products i.e internet routers,insurance, WIFI modems,dongles and handset deals. Good learning curve
The company has a good track of training people who've just landed in the work field. The main issue though is payment, people are paid far less than expected, which causes employees to come and go.

Great platform to grow and gain workplace experience.
we spend the day out on the streets going door to door promoting products and services and asking for donations for different organisations. The relationship with my co workers is incredibly good, since am new at the company i have been getting a lot of support and teaching me the ropes and I am very thankful. I enjoy interacting with people the most and knowing that I have done my bit to contribute to the success of the company. approaching people who know nothing about the services or conservative people and convincing them to use what we are promoting to change to it is challenging.

Excellent learning curve
Real Promotions has been one of the best learning curve of my life. In terms of the atmosphere, relationships and growth. The environment changes your personal life in a positive way. I work 12-13 hours and work 6 days a week, each day is a new day and it feels like a minute, I've grown tremendously and ready for a new chapter in my life with the skills I've aquired.

EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT
I believe that, in the search for opportunities is a product of enthusiasm and innovation. I am very skilled and at the same time creative. I grab every opportunity I encounter with anticipation and self-motivation. im a very good data capturer have won a few awards for best capturer but time mangement skills are also on point, have a close work relationship with my co-workers
