Daily inspections and first line repairs on a medium rod mill 2 weekly maintenance schedules build spares for repairs (spindles ,looperboxes, gearboxes, Relations with co-workers is good Experience on gearboxes, hydraulics, bearings, drawings never a dull moment contract been determinated
