Great for graduates who need a stepping stone

Joining RealFin was indeed a great learning curve. Upon joining, the company provided me with exposure to private equity and has shown interest in the development of its staff.

Pros: Exposure to fund managers, large corporations and creating lasting work relationships
Cons: No investment analysis opportunity.

Me in a nutshell

My job is deadline driven and we have a lot of room to manage ourselves. I’m responsible for doing everything with regards to the funds I have been entrusted with, that includes communicating with 3rd parties. I love working in the financial services sector. But I believe I have the ability to add value in whatever sphere I am entrusted with. I am a hard working individual who’s eager to learn and grow as I always think about ways to improve myself or those around me if it benefits the company.

Pros: Dress code is relaxed. There’s always new things to learn about.
Cons: Hours are long and sometimes to the detriment of ones health.

Great learning experience.

Coming from a NAV Pricing only background to moving into an end to end position has been such a great experience for me, as I have seen and learnt as to how everything comes together in Fund Administration
