FAST LEARNER AND EXTREMELY HARD WORKER.

I am an extremly hard worker and a very fast learner. I believe in growing within a conpany and doing the best I can do and be the best person I can be. I am target driven and I dont back down from any challenge. I am still studying part time through UNISA a LLB degree and I intend to use that within the respective fields I venture into in terms of a career. I enjoy a challenge and enjoy it even more when I have overcome it. Based on the saying "Knowledge is Power", I like learning new things and my curious personality enables me to ask questions with out fear, when there is something I am unsure of or if I simply just want to know how things work beyond what I am required to know. Everything I learn is utilised in some point in life. I believe in maintaining a good relationship with co-workers and solidly live by the principles of never burning bridges and always staying grateful. When given a chance I will perform and this has been proven in my previous jobs.

needed to handle difficult clients, dealt with difficult situations, customer service and following back at customers was imperative, was a productive working environment, staff conflicts where resolved orderly.

Exellent learning curve on how to work with people and how to handle difficult situations

My days start early and end late at night. I work weekends with shows and taking out clients to properties to view. My relationships with co-workers are always friendly and helpfull. I do not like conflict. Will always rather walk away and sort it out on a nice peacefull manner. I have learnt how to listen to people needs and how to react towards that. I do like the flexi hours that I can work but that do have its negative side also. Most challenging is getting bonds and the finances in place for clients.

Totally new environment for me the real estate business and learning curve

You have time for your children in the morning and in the afternoon. The hardest part of this type of work is to find properties to sell. My co-workers and I get along very well and we enjoy each others company. You learn how to market yourself and the properties. I enjoy the most seeing peoples properties and enjoy different peoples company. The challenging aspects is to keep the buyers and sellers happy and to meet both parties and to get them on the same page.
