Cons: The ability you give will always determine your working hours give it your all over the week which ensures a good weekend the objective and perspective in any company is to make a profit how is that possible of if we paying overtime on things that can be done over a computer or the week days before, manipulation of company time is a no no unless it is a day off or a request for a responsibility that deems correct in your life.

Its to do something that help the production.

To design something.Do the drawings.Get the profiles. Start to build. Most of all to start the plant and get a product out.To do all plants equipment.Help the managers of all departments to get there plants running 100% productive.

Pros: Always doing something new.Designing of equipment is a challenge for me , that i love to do.Always to change where there is a opportunity to do so.ALWAYS TO CHALLENGE MY SELF TO BECOME BETTER IN EVERY THING THST I DO.
Cons: TO SEE WHAT YOU DESIGNED BE BUILD AND WORK.

Excelent electrician. Good comunication skills and likes new challenges

Oliefantsfontein red seal. 10 years experience. Managerial experience. can work alone. Have my own tools recomended for maintanance and installations. Available for shift work.

Pros: Manager over other artisans and semi skilled personal. Do job planning and qoutes. Toolbox talks and other nesesary activities.
Cons: Long working Hours

Excelent worker and manager

All careers start with a little efford. Engineering is changing the world as we speak. Always work save, keep those around you in mind. Good comunication is the key to sucses. Keep the work space clean and keep manuals save for future references. Do my own qoutes and know how to make it a final product. Enjoy working with my hands and new challenges.
