I have learned a lot

I have learnt so much at the company that I work in. I thought I wasn't going to manage however I did. I have worked hard and made sure I understand. I was trained and because I am a fast learner I was able to work and do all my duties

Good company however limited growth

I am incharge of a cloud subsidiary which entails managing and achieving suitable targets as well as interacting with multiple sales teams which work in all business areas from SMB to Enterprise. Further more I am incharge of training in my category as well as monitoring competitors and creating suitable strategies to promote sales and growth in the market The structures I work with allow me to integrate with all employees maintaining relationships internally to create an environment that allows sales to blossom. Over and above I maintain key clients as well as assist anyone in closing deals

The company it very big but m really used to the aviation industry

Rectron it a big company and we deal with selling products like computers ... phones ... cameras etc.At rectron m a front line receptionist / administration , when a client call and questions about the product that the company sell we must give the client all the information, we take massages for our our employees and email them to them. We help the client how they can be a reseller by signing contract.

Pros: The are no opportunity
Cons: 10 hours

Good training and experienced gained, it's a great working environment.

Great company to work for, a good friendly team of people. Great personal growth opportunities and education available. Always learning when you work with new and latest products and technology.

Pros: Education and knowledge gained.
Cons: Distance I need to travel and the traveling cost.
