Learning experience as they just started the different plants from scratch over the last two years.

I worked for Dimpho and Dewhurst Fresh Foods for a total of 22 years. I gained extensive experience in the food industry due to the fact that we processed 500 tons of vegetables for the mine per month. I was in constant contact with the farmers discussing planting programs and working out tonnage required for the next season. I was involved in tender agreements with the mines and pricing and I feel that I can be a benefit to any company in more or less the same line. Fruit and Vegetables is my passion but I can adjust to any product as I have been in the canning business and the production process, butchery, sauce plant, live stock and fisheries. Price and product hunting is my typical daily cycle. I get along with all my co-workers. What I enjoy most is that being a new company every aspect has been a challenge and it has been a learning experience.

Pros: Being a new company - there should be promotion possibilites
Cons: Being a new company everything is basically trial and error.

Managing the sales force of the entire department

It's such a amazing experience to be part of this company and I have learned many thing about meat. Conducting sales meetings and compiling reports. I have excellent team, which we interact and motivate daily. The company manufacture many diverse products and I enjoyed seeing how things are made. Team building, open communication and archiving and acceding monthly targets. Accident free production. The company is uplifting the poor. Presentation to government and ministers about the entire company, people and products.

Pros: The sky is the limit pertaining growth.
Cons: Shortages of stock. When supply can't meet demand.
