Challenging but exciting

Redwill is great place to learn about the work environment. On a daily basis i get to learn on how to talk to client and resolve the issues that they might have. The seniors are always open to teach me something new. Which is something i appreciate very much since i am an intern and i have a lot to learn from them.

Excellent multi-tasking practise

Redwill ICT is a small (in size) IT company but providing a number of ICT services.Being small as it is gives me an incredible chance to learn so many things like VoIP,HIP,Network troubleshooting,cloud email setup ESET antivirus to mention a thew and most importantly how to communicate with company clients as I most of the time provide remote support to our clients.This also helps me to showcase my skills. The environment at Redwill is very welcoming. I enjoy every second being at Redwil because chance is all given to us to do our research for everything that seem challenging.This is an excellent way of learning for me.

Pros: excellent learning curve
Cons: no lunch time because of too much work
