Excellent learning curve

A typical work day i would be working on firewall policies, MPLS core networks with regards to VRF's. static routing as well as dynamic routing such as BGP and OSPF. Configurations of newly deployed sites for the Layer 2 of the network(including dhcp, dhcp snooping, spanning tree,lldp etc). Occasionally we would set up our CE routers for ADSL by creating L2tp tunnels for failover. My relationshi[ with Co-workers are good, If they need anything with regards to the network, they feel that they can rely on me. I have learnt alot during my time at Reflex Solutions, from layer to to Layer 3, there is still so much to learn in the networking industry and thats why i am looking to expand and broaden my skill set. I enjoy Networking and completing PE to CE links the most Most challenging aspect of my current job is timelines for due dates, and unforeseen challenges.

no coment compamy was good to me , they gave all they coulgd have for me . i was good assert to the company and best learnunning . wlkekk well care for me. stand buy roster where they pay you to be on standby.. i was very very goo comapany

Excellent learning curve.

There's is a really good atmosphere amongst the engineers. People are always willing to assist each other. The exposure to new technologies is quite high.

Hi There, I work for a wonderful company at Ross bank (Reflex solution). Reflex is a good company and i have learned alot since i've been there, i've managed to grow on my specialization and gain more knowledge and responsibilities when it comes into networking and IT Support. Pros: There are opportunities in the company eg i was hired as a helpdesk Technician and im now with the connectivity department looking after the GPON Network.
Cons: i work 8h a week from monday to friday and always available when ever needed after hours

I regard myself as being very well self-motivated and full of energy.

I currently work as a voice engineer, deploying VM based PBX systems on the Avaya platform, I gained knowledge in the voip sector for the past 3 years and can setup voip systems from end to end, I troubleshoot and resolve issues in line with SLA agreements and provide support assiatance to 1st and 2nd line support.

Pros: Great dedication and hard work to achieve maximum satifaction for clients at all times.
Cons: I work flexible and indipendant, always puting the extra work over and above what I do on a daily.
